The Diamond Finish is the Piano Polish equivalent to what we build in China... The DF is the Cali answer using our wonderful spray booth --- products from Pentuco (forgot if I spelled that right) and our formula for this that we "invented" in Cali. A few of you have seen the Diamond Finish on Mascarey, Sycamore, etc. and have been blown away... it's really nice...

The DF on our "Negro Profundo" (Deep Purple/Black) is breathtaking...

1/14/07 from MLS

Black Satin

Diamond Polish Sycamore (the veneer is strikingly similar to White Shadow Maple) but in our Piano Finish which is what we are calling Diamond Polish (from Cali, Colombia)

Diamond Polish Mascarey (mid red to brown in stain) - and just Off The Hook STUNNING with what we were able to acquire...

You will LOVE the Palisander (Rosewood) I have on line in Cali...

1/31/07 Per MLS

Mascarey will be the 3rd Standard Finish for the x-series

Well... the down low is this...

Sycamore (like WSM)

Mascarey (as you've seen now at Stage 2 - wait till it's fully cooked)

and ???

I am leaning towards ending Satin Black as a "standard" finish... My reasoning is this... EVERYONE can do SB... Still not 10,000% sure, but leaning that way...

There will be a 3rd finish... I'm looking at several things with Santi and Cesar... we'll see...

I have a hunch I know... but it will have to wait until I am there...

Later in the year we are still planning the custom tinting program also for a small fee... You will be able to choose 3 or 4 tints on our veneers (each of them)...

Mascarey for x-ls/x-cs/x-sls/x-mtm will go in March shipments from Cali... April here or there abouts...

WSM is what we use in China... Sycamore is just perfect as a matching companion...

Sycamore is a PERFECT match...

2/3/07 Per MLS

Palisander / Santos Rosewood

Wenge

The new finish line up looks like this...

Sycamore in Diamond Polish (April)

Mascarey is Diamond Polish (April)

At that point I will decide what further finishes we can offer in May forward... My guess is we will have at least one more stock finish...

Sometimes before Q-4 / 2007 we will be ready with our new system of "semi custom" finishes... you will be able to choose any of our stock choices but with three additional "tints"... You can choose your own (as it were) and we will build them for you...
